1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of Dealformaio services and purchases available through the domain dealformaio.com.

2. Services

Dealformaio offers real estate deal management services that include coordination of tasks, document review, scheduling meetings and other related support. Service details and deliverables are described at time of engagement.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule service appointments by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. A fee may apply for requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Informational Products

Dealformaio provides digital content such as guides, templates and courses. Access is granted electronically upon purchase. Downloaded or streamed materials are deemed consumed at the point of access.

3.1 Reimbursement for Informational Products

Customers may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided less than 10% of the material has been accessed. Requests after this period or following greater access are not eligible for reimbursement.

4. Goods

Physical items sold through Dealformaio are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location.

4.1 Reimbursement for Goods

Inspect all items upon arrival. To request a reimbursement or replacement for defective or damaged goods, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved reimbursements for goods include the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are nonreimbursable unless otherwise stated.

5. Reimbursement Policy

All reimbursement requests must be submitted via our Contact Us form or by calling +14166582150. Provide your order reference and details of the issue. We will review requests and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days and issued using the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative means of reimbursement.

5.1 Service Transfers

For service engagements, if a date change is requested at least 48 hours in advance and no reimbursement is due, the service credit may be applied to a future date within 90 days of the original booking.

6. No Reimbursement Cases

No reimbursement will be provided for services once work has commenced or for informational products once more than 10% has been accessed. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances, in which case a partial reimbursement or credit may be offered.
